Founded in 2004, Enviroliance is an independent provider of legionella compliance, water hygiene and mechanical building services for commercial properties across the UK. We work with building owners, facilities managers and estates teams who need compliance handled properly, without the hassle of coordinating multiple contractors.
We operate from offices in Central Scotland, the Midlands and South Wales, serving clients nationwide.
We started over 20 years ago as a specialist water management consultancy, helping commercial buildings understand and manage their legionella risks. As the industry evolved and client needs expanded, so did we. Today we combine water hygiene expertise with full mechanical engineering capability, delivered by one accountable team.
Our longest-standing clients have been with us for decades. They stay because we turn up when we say we will, we communicate clearly, and when something unexpected happens, we deal with it.
