Enviroliance Specialised Services

Mechanical Engineering & Commercial Heating

One accountable team for your building systems

Mechanical & Electrical Building Services that keep your operations running

Mechanical and electrical systems keep commercial buildings running. When they work, nobody notices. When they fail, everybody does. For building owners and facilities managers, keeping these systems compliant, reliable and efficient is an ongoing responsibility — from annual safety inspections and routine servicing to plant maintenance and emergency response.
At Enviroliance, we provide mechanical and electrical building services from routine maintenance through to complex project delivery, all through one accountable team. Our approach is diagnostic: when a system underperforms or a problem keeps recurring, we look for the root cause, not just the symptom. Whether you need a straightforward service visit or help resolving an issue others have failed to fix, our Gas Safe, F-Gas and NICEIC approved engineers deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions with minimum disruption to your operations.

How It Works

Our Mechanical Engineering Process

Site Survey & Diagnosis

Every engagement starts with a full site assessment. Our in-house design consultants evaluate your existing mechanical and electrical systems, identify underperformance or recurring faults, and assess your requirements for upgrade, replacement or new installation. We focus on root causes, not symptoms.

Consultancy & Design

We work closely with you to understand your operational needs, then propose solutions that reduce carbon footprint while delivering optimum thermal comfort and system reliability. As specialists in water quality management, we maintain a strong focus on water hygiene regulatory control across all mechanical design work.

Installation & Project Delivery

Our engineers handle the full installation of commercial heating, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems with limited reliance on sub-contractors. We work flexibly around your business operations to minimise disruption, with rigorous testing as standard on all installation works. All team members are Gas Safe and SNIPEF accredited.

Monitoring, Maintenance & Ongoing Support

We continually invest in the latest predictive maintenance and diagnostic technology, meaning any problem is quickly identified and resolved without disrupting commercial operations. You receive scheduled visits, written service reports, bespoke maintenance plans and audit-ready documentation, all accessible through the Enviroliance Client Portal.
