PoppyScotland Sportive – Enviroliance

Next Sunday (25/09/2016) our Technical Services Manager Dave Mawer will be taking part in the Poppyscotland Sportive in Prestonpans, Edinburgh.

Dave has set himself the grueling challenge of the Muckle Route, This is 100 mile/ 162 km route including over 7000 Feet of Climbing! The route was created to challenge riders to their maximum.

Dave has taken on this challenge to raise £200 for Poppy Scotland. This will be used to provide vital support for the armed forces community. A case which is close to his heart, Dave served in the forces before becoming a highly experienced Legionella Risk Assessor and engineer.

We are exceptionally proud of Dave for taking on this challenge, we would as industry to support Dave in this challenge by donating through his just giving site.

Of course, this doesn’t mean he’ll get a late start on Monday morning!
